The fee for a single-user license is $14.95U.S., payable by check or money
order in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.  (Residents of Canada can 
pay with a Canadian Post Office money order payable in U.S. dollars.)

RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK STATE MUST ADD 8% SALES TAX, AND CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE NORTH
AMERICA MUST ADD $2U.S. PER COPY ORDERED FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

Volume pricing schedule:

       1 to 5 copies    $14.95U.S. per copy
       6 to 10          $12.95U.S.
       11 to 20         $11.95U.S.
       21 to 60         $10.95U.S.
       Over 60          $600U.S. total (site license)

To be eligible for a volume discount all licenses must be purchased at the
same time, and all copies must be shipped to the same address.

Site licensees will receive 20 copies of the distribution disks, and are 
expected to make their own copies for on-site distribution.  A site license 
counts as 20 copies when calculating shipping costs for orders shipped outside 
North America.
